The Charles Burt School of Real Estate conducts classes each month to prepare students to become licensed by the state of Missouri to sell real estate.
It actually consists of two different sets of classes. First is the 48-Hour Real Estate Pre-License Course. This covers exam prep material that you will need to know in order to pass the test administered by the state in order to become licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson. Second is the 24-Hour Real Estate Practice Course. This class covers the practical side of real estate, like how to get started in the business. Both classes are required in order to get your license.
Our next class will start on February 10th. This will be a daytime class. Classes will be held each weekday February 10th until February 20th from 8 AM - 5 PM.

Just Getting Started
I've been thinking about diving into the blog world for a while now and so here I go. I'll use this blog to ramble about Real Estate, particularly in the Joplin Missouri area.
I know what you're thinking. Why should you listen to (read) my ramblings? Good question. I don't really have a good answer, except that there's already tons of junk on the internet. Why not me? Feel free to stop by every now and then. And please feel free to jump in.
