First is the <span style="font-style: italic;">48-Hour Real Estate Pre-License</span> <span style="font-style: italic;">Course</span>. This covers exam prep material that you will need to know in order to pass the test administered by the state in order to become licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson. Second is the <span style="font-style: italic;">24-Hour Real Estate Practice Course</span>. This class covers the practical side of real estate, like how to get started in the business. Both classes are required in order to get your license.<br /><br />Our next class will start on <span style="font-weight: bold;">February 10th</span>. This will be a daytime class.
